At ShareGrid, we understand the importance of a swift and seamless verification process. Here’s how we guide you through efficiently:

1. Automated ID Verification: Our Automated ID Verification System swiftly reviews the information you provide. Whenever possible, we aim to get you started right away with quick and effortless verification.

2. Additional Information Requests: If immediate verification isn’t achievable, we may need more details:

  • Our customer support team will email you to help you provide the required information, potentially including additional documentation like proof of address.

3. Submitting Proof of Address: If our system cannot verify your current address, we will request proof of address via email. Acceptable documents include:

  • A recent paper mail photo (within the last 90 days) displaying your name and address.

  • A photo of an Amazon package label (within the last 90 days).

Documents We Do Not Accept:

  • Leases

  • Printouts

  • PO Box or Mail forwarding addresses. In most cases, we require proof of residential address.

4. Prioritization of Requests: Verification requests are processed in the order received. We strive to verify your account as quickly as possible.

5. Need Help? If you have questions or need assistance during the verification process:

  • Click the 'chat bubble' icon in the lower right corner of your screen.

6. Complete Your Profile: Help us to serve you better by completing your profile with the following:

  • A brief biography under your account info section.

  • Links to your website and social media profiles.

  • Examples of your photo or video work.

We are here to help you verify your account. Our friendly customer support team is available to answer any questions or concerns.
