If immediate verification isn’t achievable, we may need more details:
Our customer support team will email you to help you provide the required information, which may include additional documentation like proof of address.
3. Submitting Proof of Address
If our system cannot verify your current address, we will request proof of address via email. Acceptable documents include:
A recent paper mail photo (within the last 90 days) displaying your name and address.
A photo of an Amazon package label (within the last 90 days).
Utility bills, bank statements, or pay stubs (no older than three months) showing your name and address. Please note that digital copies may not be accepted.
