How to Check Your Account Verification Status on ShareGrid

Once your ShareGrid account is verified, you're ready to start using the platform—no additional steps are usually required unless there are significant changes to your account or you want to rent items that exceed your current limit.

Here’s how to check your account status:

1. Check Your Email
You will receive a confirmation email once your verification is complete.

2. Check Your Notifications
Log in to your ShareGrid account and check for any notifications on the platform for updates.

3. Check Your ID and SMS Verification Status Page

Log in to your ShareGrid account, click on your profile image thumbnail, then go to Settings and select ID & SMS Verification.

4. Paused Rental Request

Log in to your ShareGrid account and click the mail icon to go to your message center. From there, locate the paused rental to access the rental status bar on the rental page.

Ongoing, Re-Verification, or Additional Vetting

In some cases, you may need to take extra steps even after your initial verification. This can include, but is not limited to:

  • Your ID or verification has expired

  • Unusual activity is detected on your account

  • A large order is placed

  • Our automated system requests re-verification or additional steps
