What You May Need to Submit
1. Proof of Address
If an automated check is unsuccessful, you’ll need to provide a photo of a physical document (dated within the last three months) that clearly shows your name and current address.
Accepted paper documents received by mail include:
Utility bills
Mailed advertisements or credit card offers
Packages or envelopes addressed to you
Important: Screenshots or digital copies of utility bills are not accepted. Only photos or scans of physical documents with a recent date are valid.
2. Proof of Industry Experience
You may need to provide a link that demonstrates your professional background.
Accepted links include:
IMDb profile
Portfolio website
Relevant social media profiles
Each link must be attributed to you and clearly display your name or business name, along with your relationship to the work.
What Happens After You Submit
Proof of Address: This will be reviewed manually. You’ll be notified once it’s approved or if more information is needed.
Industry Link: This will be checked to ensure it meets our criteria. You may be asked for further clarification.
Other Documents: These will be reviewed in the order they are received.
Additional Requirements for High-Value Rentals
For specialized or high-value equipment, you may also need to provide:

An extra review by ShareGrid’s management team for safety and compliance.
