Uploading Your Insurance Details:
Log in to ShareGrid: Sign in to your account.
Access Settings: Click on your profile photo thumbnail.
Choose ‘Settings.'
Navigate to Insurance: On the left Settings panel, click ‘Insurance.'
Select Third Party: Look for the 'Third Party' tab and click on it.
Start Setup: Click the red 'Setup Third Party Insurance' button and follow the instructions to provide your policy details.
Submission & Verification: After you enter the details, our team will contact your insurance provider to validate the policy's coverage limit and effective dates. 7. Information Required: Ensure your submission includes the insurance agent’s email address, as well as the policy’s coverage period and limits. Missing this information may require resubmission.
How Will I Know It's Verified?
Once we've confirmed the details, you'll see a green checkmark with “Insurance Verified” next to your policy in your account.
This verification enables you to use the policy for rental transactions on the platform, ensuring smooth rental experiences. Once verified, make sure to select "Third-Party Insurance" as your preferred coverage option.

Expected Duration: Insurance verification typically takes one to two business days. The speed of this process largely depends on your insurance provider's responsiveness.
Business Hours: Most insurance providers operate from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PST. We recommend that you keep these timings in mind for verification.
