If your browser is trying to sign you in with a deleted account, follow the steps below to fix the issue.

Why This Happens

When we delete a ShareGrid account, your browser might still keep cookies and cache from it. This can lead to automatic login attempts using the deleted credentials.

How to Fix It

1. Clear Your Browser’s Cookies and Cache

  • Open your browser settings.

  • Go to Privacy & Security (or similar).

  • Find the option to Clear Browsing Data.

  • Select Cookies and Cached Files.

  • Choose a time range that includes past account usage (e.g., “All Time”).

2. Log in to Your Active Account

Still Having Trouble?

  • Try logging in using Incognito/Private Mode or a different browser.

  • Unsure how to clear your browser data? Check your browser’s help documentation.

  • If the issue persists, please contact ShareGrid Support for help.
