If you need to adjust the rental rate for your renter’s booking, we offer two options:
Option 1: Cancel and Re-List
Cancel the Booking: You can cancel a pending or booked rental before or after the booking is confirmed. If you cancel a booked rental, our system will automatically issue a refund to the renter. However, please note that depending on the card company, it may take 2-3 business days for them to process the refund.
Adjust the Listing's Price: You can update the rental rate after canceling. The renter won't be charged a cancellation fee for this adjustment.
Option 2: Apply Discounts or Additional Fees
Edit the Rental: Go to the "Edit Rental" menu on the booked rental confirmation page and choose between "New Charge" and "New Discount."
Add Discounts or Fees: Apply any discounts or additional fees. The renter’s card will be charged the initially booked rate, and any discounts will be processed separately after the rental period.
These options provide the flexibility you need to manage your rental rates effectively.
