For Rentals:
Major Credit and Debit Cards: You can use any major US-based credit or debit card, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Chime credit cards also work successfully on the platform.
For Sales:
Major Credit and Debit Cards: We accept all major US-based credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Chime credit cards also work successfully on the platform.

Important Note:
We currently do not accept payment cards based outside the US or prepaid payment cards by default. We are working to expand our payment options and appreciate your understanding. Additionally, app-linked cards, such as Cash App cards, are not supported.
How to Update Your Payment Method:
If your current payment method is unsupported, you can add a valid card by following these steps:
Navigate to Settings in your ShareGrid account.
Go to the Payment Methods section.
Enter the details of a U.S.-based credit or debit card.
Save the information and use the updated card to complete your transactions.
Why Are Some Card Types Not Accepted?
ShareGrid's payment processor requires compliance with specific financial transaction standards. Prepaid and app-linked cards often lack the necessary backing and verification features required for secure processing, leading to their exclusion. Offering a U.S.-based credit or debit card ensures that transactions meet these security and verification standards.
