Verifying your email is essential to complete your ShareGrid account setup. If you're experiencing difficulties, this guide will help you through the steps and common solutions.

How to Verify Your Email

1. Go to Settings: Click on your profile image, then select Settings and Account.

2. Add Your Email Address: Under the Email Addresses section, click + Add new email address. Enter your email address and click Save.

3. Follow the Verification Link: Check your inbox for the verification email and click the link provided. Please make sure that you have entered your email address correctly.

Troubleshooting Email Verification Issues

1. Check for Typos: Double-check that your email address is spelled correctly when you add it.

2. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder: The verification email may end up in your spam folder, so be sure to look there.

For Gmail Users:

  • To prevent this from happening in the future:

  • Click the Settings gear icon in Gmail.

  • Select See all settings.

  • Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.

  • Click Create a new filter and set rules to ensure that ShareGrid emails are never marked as spam.

3. Try Again Later

If there’s a system issue or downtime, wait a moment before trying the verification process again from your Account Settings.
