If you need to update your bank account or debit card for payouts, you can do so directly through your Stripe Express dashboard. Unfortunately, ShareGrid is unable to make these updates on your behalf.
To update your payout method:
Log in to your Stripe Express dashboard.
Click the profile icon in the top right corner to go to the Accounts Page.
Under Payout Details, you'll see the option to update or add new payout details.
Update your bank account or debit card details as needed. (We recommend a bank account over a debit card, as this information won't break payouts if you lose your card).
If you require further assistance, you'll have to get in contact with Stripe Support directly: π Stripe Support. Once on that page, click "Contact Support" (right column, last row).
