Changes made to an Athos Insurance policy purchased through ShareGrid—such as renewals or added coverage—typically appear in your ShareGrid account within 30 minutes after Athos Insurance generates the policy.
Athos Insurance (Short-Term and Annual): If the policy was purchased through ShareGrid, updates are typically reflected within 30 minutes of policy confirmation and are available 24/7.
Other Providers or Athos Insurance purchased directly from Athos (Third-Party Insurance): On average, allow up to 30 minutes for ShareGrid to receive insurance verification from the insurance company and policyholder, if needed, during standard business hours.
If you are using third-party insurance, please ensure that your policy details are uploaded correctly. To do this, visit your ShareGrid account, navigate to Settings, select Insurance, and enter the necessary information in the Third Party section for verification.
