As a rental owner, it’s crucial to keep your email address current so your Certificate of Insurance (COI) and other notifications go to the correct inbox. You can update this information anytime in your ShareGrid account settings.
Steps to Update Your COI Receive Email Address
Log in to your ShareGrid account.
Go to Account Settings
From your dashboard, open the Settings menu.
Select Account.
Find the Custom Invoice/COI Address section under Account settings.
Enter your desired email (e.g., correct@example.com).
Save changes by clicking SAVE.
Your new email will now be used for COI notifications.
