The Tilta X ShareGrid 2026 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is administered by ShareGrid Platforms, LLC (“Sponsor”) and co-sponsored by Tilta Inc. (“Co-Sponsor”) (collectively, “Sponsors”).

A total of three (3) prizes will be awarded as follows:

Total Aggregate ARV of All Prizes: $927.99.
*Note: Sony FX5 camera not included.

The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the start date of the Sweepstakes. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Co-Sponsor, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising, sales promotion, and fulfillment agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or households are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Sweepstakes begins on August 13, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. PST and ends on August 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer network database is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

Limit of one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an online entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address supplied at the time of entry.

On or about five (5) business days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period, three (3) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received. The drawing order will determine prize assignment (first drawn receives Grand Prize, second drawn receives Second Prize, third drawn receives Third Prize). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor will notify potential winners via the email address associated with the entry. Each prize is awarded “AS IS” with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, except for any standard manufacturer limited warranty provided directly by Co-Sponsor. Sponsor will coordinate prize fulfillment after winner verification.

Entrants must maintain a valid email address throughout the Sweepstakes Period. All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and expenses associated with prize acceptance not explicitly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the individual winners. No cash alternative, transfer, assignment, or substitution of prizes is permitted, except that Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legally permissible) a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of first attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period, or the return of any prize notification as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Sponsors and their designees to use winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes across any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsors, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or injuries of any kind arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, network, or electronic failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, incomplete or garbled transmissions, or failure of any entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.

Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should non-authorized human intervention, virus, bugs, fraud, or other causes beyond their control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may select winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to cancellation or modification.

ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION, AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSORS IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, SHALL BE GOVERNED BY, AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES.

VENUE AND FORUM FOR ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY IN THE STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA. EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (NOT TO EXCEED $927.99), AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR ATTORNEY’S FEES.

By entering, entrants consent to receive transaction-related emails regarding the Sweepstakes and marketing communications from Sponsors. Entrants may opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in the email communications or by submitting a written request to legal@sharegrid.com and support@tilta.com. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect an entrant's chances of winning.
