    • You can access your message inbox on ShareGrid by clicking the 'mail icon' and selecting the rental conversation page.

  2. Add an Authorized Person:

    • Click on the checkbox next to the "Add Authorized Person" option within the rental details.

    • Fill in the necessary details about the person you are authorizing.

  3. Verification Process:

    • The authorized person will receive a text message with a link to complete the ID verification process.

    • Once the ID verification is submitted, our team will review and confirm the submitted details.
