Need to access your receipt or invoice for a sale or rental on ShareGrid? No worries, we've got you covered! Here's a step-by-step guide to help you with it:

  1. Sign in to your ShareGrid account and navigate the rental or sale confirmation page. Look for the "View Receipt" button, which you'll find near the transaction summary details.

  2. If you want to access all receipts and invoices for your past transactions, you can just head to your Settings. For rentals, go to "Rental History," for sales, click "Sale History."

Printing or Downloading Your Receipt or Invoice:

For Safari Users on a Mac:

Step 1: Open the Safari app on your Mac and choose File> Print.

Step 2: Click the options pop-up menu (in the separator bar) and choose Safari. Adjust the webpage printing options to your preference. If you don't see the options pop-up menu, click "Show Details" at the bottom of the Print dialog. To save a PDF of the webpage, click "PDF" at the bottom of the dialog and select your desired action.

For Chrome Users:

Step 1: Go to File > Print.

Step 2: Click the "Change..." button in the Destination Section.

Step 3: A "Select a destination" pop-up will appear. Choose "Save as PDF" under the Local Destinations Section.

Step 4: After selecting "Save as PDF," you'll return to the Print pop-up.

Step 5: Click "Save" in the Print Section at the top. A pop-up will appear; name your File, select your destination, and hit "Save" again.

That's it! Now you have your receipt or invoice conveniently available for your records. If you happen to have any issues or have further questions, please don't hesitate to contact our friendly customer support team. We're always here to assist you! Happy renting and selling on ShareGrid!
