If you receive a rental request and the dates don’t work for you, you have the option to select different dates and send the renter a suggestion for different dates. On the request page there is an option to select different dates in response to the renter’s request.

You can also send a message to the renter to explain why you're suggesting new dates, but only before you accept a rental reservation request. Once a request has been accepted, you must cancel the order in order to change the date.
