Steps to Request Account Deletion:
Log in to your ShareGrid account.
Click on your profile image thumbnail.
Go to 'Settings.'
Select 'Account.'
Scroll down and click 'Request Account Deletion.' This will send us an email request through a popup window.
Alternative Method:
Please feel free to request deletion by emailing help@sharegrid.com. Please include your account 'Verification Code,' which can be found under your account 'Settings' > 'ID Verification.'
Important:
When your account is deleted, all related data, including your profile details, listings, comments, messages, and feedback, will be permanently removed from our website.
