ShareGrid provides convenient delivery options for owners and renters, enhancing the rental experience. Here's a straightforward guide on how to use these features effectively.

For Owners:

  1. Enabling Delivery Services:

    • Go to your profile by clicking your profile picture.

    • Navigate to Settings and select the Account tab.

    • Scroll to 'Are you willing to deliver?' and check the box.

    • Save your changes. Your listings will now display a 'Delivery Truck' badge indicating delivery is available.

  2. Setting a Delivery Fee:

    • After accepting a rental request, open the conversation from your message inbox.

    • Click 'Edit Order' under the 'Order Summary.'

    • Choose 'Delivery Charge' and specify the fee amount.

    • Click 'Apply.' The Order Summary will update to reflect this charge, and it will be visible to both you and the renter.

    • All fees, including delivery charges, are subject to ShareGrid's standard service fee.


For Renters:

  • If a listing indicates "Owner offers delivery for a fee," you can opt for this service by simply communicating your interest in delivery, and the owner will provide a personalized delivery quote.

  • For Renters: Enjoy the ease of having rental equipment delivered directly to your location.
