ShareGrid does not currently offer an option to pause subscriptions. If you don’t want to be billed, it’s recommended to turn off auto-renew and let your current subscription run its term. You can always resubscribe when you're ready to use the service again.

Opting Out of Renewal:

You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to your ShareGrid account.

  2. Click your profile image in the top-right corner.

  3. Select ā€œSettingsā€ from the dropdown menu.

  4. Navigate to the ā€œShareGrid Plusā€ tab in the settings menu.

  5. Click ā€œManage Subscription.ā€

  6. Select ā€œCancel Subscription.ā€

Your subscription will end on the last day of the current period unless you cancel within ten (10) days of an autorenewal. The subscription fee is non-refundable once paid.
