At ShareGrid, we aim to make your rental experience smooth and enjoyable. Please follow these guidelines for returning rental gear:
When Does My Rental Begin?
Your rental period officially starts on the confirmed start date. Once you receive confirmation from the owner, your rental period begins, and you can enjoy your equipment.
Local Pickup Rental Time:
Standard Pick-Up Time: 2 pm or later on the designated pick-up day.
Custom Pick-Up Time: If you need a different pick-up time, you can contact the owner to arrange a suitable time. You can coordinate with the messaging system on the rental confirmation page.
βEarly Pick-Up Fee: An early pick-up may incur a fee at the owner's discretion.
Purpose of Pick-Up Day: Pick-up and drop-off days are typically for testing, setting up, and transporting gear, not for shooting.
Local Rental Drop-Off Time:
Standard Return Time: By noon on the designated return date.
βCustom Drop-Off Time: Contact the owner to arrange an extension if you need more time. Extensions are at the owner's discretion.

Late Returns:
Late Fee: At the owner's request, late returns may incur a fee. Please always let the owner know if you anticipate a delay or need an extension.
