Step-by-Step Guide to Completing Your Phone Number Verification on Our Platform

Thank you for choosing our platform for your rental and buy and sell needs! To complete the ID verification process, please verify your phone number by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings:

    • Go to the "Settings" section of your account.

    • Click on "ID Verification."

  2. Change Your Phone Number:

    • Select the option to "Change Your Phone Number."

    • Enter your phone number in the designated box.

    • Click the "Send Code" button.

  3. Enter Verification Code:

    • You will receive a verification code via text message.

    • Enter this code in the box provided to finalize the verification.

Please Note:

  • By default, our system supports cell phone numbers based only in the United States.

  • By default, we do not accept international phone numbers, VoIP numbers, or landlines that cannot receive text messages.

Once your phone number is verified, you can:

  • Receive text notifications for messages on ShareGrid.

  • Reply directly to users via text, with messages appearing on the website.

We value your privacy. Rest assured, your phone number will only be shared with members involved in a confirmed rental transaction and will not be displayed publicly.
