When you send a message or a rental request to someone on ShareGrid, it's helpful to know how reliably and how quickly that person responds to inquiries.
On each active member's profile page, you'll find two metrics listed: Response Rate & Time and Acceptance Rate. They're shown like this:
Response Rate & Time shows the percentage of messages the person responded to, and how long on average it took them to respond. This is measured over the last 30 days, or the last 90 days if there are not enough recent conversations.
Acceptance Rate shows what percentage of rental requests an equipment owner accepted. This is measured over the last 180 days. Note that this means that the acceptance rate can go up or down, even if there is no recent activity on the site.
