When you go through the ID Verification process on your account, you'll be asked a series of security questions.

You'll have three attempts to answer these questions. If you answer incorrectly three times, or if our system cannot gather enough information to generate the questions, activity on your account will be paused until we can complete manual verification.

One of our customer support representatives will reach out to let you know what extra information we need. We may ask you to provide additional documentation, such as proof of your current address.

We process new verification requests in the order they are received, so please rest assured that we'll verify your account as soon as we can.
