If we cannot immediately verify your ID, here are the next steps

When you go through the ID Verification process on your account, our Automated ID Verification System will check the information you provided.

If we're not able to immediately verify your account, we'll need to collect a little more information. One of our customer support representatives will reach out to let you know what extra information we need. We may ask you to provide additional documentation, such as proof of your current address.

We process new verification requests in the order they are received, so please rest assured that we will verify your account as soon as we can.

If you haven't yet filled out your profile with a biography and links to your website, social profiles, and photo/video work examples, please finish these steps before getting in touch.
