If you damage your rental equipment, follow these steps to ensure a smooth and efficient resolution process.

Immediate Steps:

  1. Notify the Owner:

    • Inform the rental owner immediately.

    • Fill out our Incident Form.

  2. Insurance Claims:

    • If you have insurance, contact your provider to start the claim process.

    • Report damages as soon as possible, as delays may affect coverage.

  3. Coverage Types:

    • Damage Only or Damage + Theft Coverage:

      • Complete the Incident Form and contact the owner.

      • We will guide you through the damage waiver process.

    • Third-Party Insurance:

      • Contact your insurance provider to initiate a claim.

Important Notes:

  • Submitting an Incident Form or claim does not mean an admission of guilt.

  • If the damage prevents you from using the equipment, you have options:
