Though we always encourage you to be the one to pick up the gear, we understand that may not always be the most convenient. If you are having a runner, PA, colleague or friend pick up the gear, please make sure that you contact the owner in order to ensure that the owner is aware. You must also provide the owner with:

  • The other party’s full name.

  • A copy of their ID

  • A phone number where the other party can be contacted.

We also strongly encourage that you share this information with the ShareGrid staff so that we are aware.
