Rentals
Owner Fees: Fixed 15% service fee.
Renter Fees: Dynamic community fee, typically 5%, displayed during checkout. This fee may vary based on pickup schedule, coverage option, and booking lead time.
Important Note: The community fee may not be refundable if the renter cancels a confirmed rental.
Fee Purpose: Covers ID verification, coverage verification, security, customer service, feature improvements, and dispute mitigation.
Buy & Sell
Seller Fees: 5% fee on transactions.
Buyer Fees: There is a payment processing fee of 2.45% + $0.30 for credit card payments or 0.8% (capped at $5.00) for ACH bank payments.
