Welcome to ShareGrid! We're thrilled you've chosen us for your rental and sales needs. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free payment process, we've made it easy to use various payment options. Let's get you started:
For Rentals:
Add to Cart: Place your rental item in your shopping cart.
Select Coverage: Choose the coverage option you need.
Add Payment Method: You'll be prompted to add a payment method before submitting your rental request. Our payment processor, Stripe, will securely store your card details for future rentals.
Update Payment Method: Do you need to add or update your payment card? You can do this anytime under the Settings > Payments tab.
Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept most US-based credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Choose the one that suits you best!
For Sales:
Make an Offer or Buy It Now: On the listing's transaction page, submit an offer by clicking "Make Offer" or purchase at the total listing price by clicking "Buy It Now."
Seller Notification: Once you submit an offer or buy, the seller will be notified and can respond to your offer.
Payment Method: Add or update your payment card under your Settings > Payments tab.
Alternative Payment Option:
Bank Transfer Payments (ACH): You can use ACH payments for sales in addition to credit and debit cards. It's a secure and straightforward way to make a purchase.

Quick Heads-Up:
While we strive to accept all forms of payment, we currently do not accept payment cards based outside the US or prepaid payment cards by default. We are continuously working to expand our options and appreciate your understanding.
