To easily track your ShareGrid rentals in your favorite calendar software like iCal or Google Calendar, follow these simple steps:
Subscribing to Calendar
1. Access Account Settings:
Go to your account settings and find the "Subscribe to Rental Calendar" link.
2. Subscribe to the Calendar:
If you have iCalendar software installed, click "Subscribe to Calendar" to automatically open your calendar software.
Alternatively, copy the iCalendar link and add it manually to your calendar software.
Adding ShareGrid to Google Calendar
1. Open Google Calendar:
On the left side of the screen, find "Other calendars."
2. Add by URL:
Click the down arrow next to "Other calendars."
Select "Add by URL."
Paste the iCalendar link in the provided field.
Click "Add Calendar."
Your ShareGrid rental calendar will now appear under "Other calendars" in Google Calendar. Please note that changes may take up to 12 hours to reflect. Different calendar software may update at varying intervals.
