If you want to offer delivery services with your rentals and need to add a delivery fee, follow these simple steps:

1. Discuss with Your Renter:

  • Agree on the delivery fee with your renter before adding the charge. Clear communication is essential.

2. Confirm the Rental Request:

  • Accept the rental request from your renter. Once booked, you can add the fee on the rental confirmation page.

  • Click 'Edit Order' under the 'Order Summary.'

  • Choose 'Delivery Charge' and enter the fee amount.

  • Select the checkbox next to "I have messaged the Renter and they have authorized this charge" and click 'Charge.' The Order Summary will update to reflect this charge, and it will be visible to both you and the renter.

Important Note:

  • All charges added to a rental, including delivery fees, are subject to ShareGrid's standard fees.
