If you want to return an item purchased on ShareGrid, you must initiate the return within the following timeframes:
Within 48 hours from when the payment is confirmed, for items picked up locally.
Within 48 hours of receiving delivery of the item, for shipped purchases.
As long as the item is returned to the owner in identical condition to when it was purchased (including all items and accessories), you will receive a full refund for the purchase. New items must been in unopened original packaging. If the item shows any signs of wear, or does not include all items originally included in the sale, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Returning an item:
Local purchases - The owner will be notified that you have requested a return. You will then need to arrange a time and place to meet the owner to return the equipment. It is your responsibility as the buyer to return the equipment to the owner’s location, in person.
Shipped items - The owner will be notified that you have requested a return. Carefully pack the item and ship it back to the sender using a tracked shipping service. Loss or damage during transit are your responsibility as the person returning the item, so we strongly recommend purchasing shipment insurance. Depending on the reason for return, the seller or buyer may be responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.
