If you notice damage during the rental, take a photo, specifically describe any damage, email the damage description and attached photos to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any damage reported 24 hours after the rental return date may not be covered by insurance or the damage waiver.
Missing items are not covered under any of our coverage options. A lot of the time, missing items can be retrieved, as typically the Renter may have forgotten to pack them. It is always good to check with the Renter first and see if they still have the missing piece before you report it to ShareGrid.
If the renter is not able to locate the missing item(s), the cost of the replacement is their responsibility. You are welcome to handle this directly with the Renter or file an Incident Form and our Claims Team will provide support.
