Step 1: Accept the Rental Request Before adding a discount, ensure the rental request from the renter is confirmed. Once it's approved, you can proceed with adding the discount.
Step 2: Access the Rental Go to your message inbox and click on the rental you want to add the discount to.
Step 3: Edit the Order Under the 'Order Summary' section, you'll find the "Edit Order" button. Click on it to proceed.
Step 4: Select New Discount Look for the option "New Discount" and select it.
Step 5: Define the Discount Now; you can specify the discount amount you wish to offer. Also, add a brief description like "New Renter" or "Repeat Customer." This description will be visible in the Order Summary section so your renter knows precisely why they're receiving the discount.
Step 6: Apply the Discount. Click "Apply Discount" to add the discount to the rental.
