Here are 3 reasons why you might NOT be receiving emails from us:

1. Your notification settings might be turned off.

To turn notifications on, click on you name > settings > account. Make sure you have the right email listed and that “receive notifications” is checked.

2. You’ve opted out of notifications for certain emails.

To check your notification preferences, click on you name > settings > notifications. Make sure you have the desired notifications checked.

3. You or your email provider has marked our emails as spam.

Unfortunately, once you do this your email provider will not be able to un-list us from spam. Therefore, you will have to add an additional email that you would prefer to receive notifications for. You can add a new email by clicking on you name > settings > account.
