After you confirm a rental request with a renter using 3rd party insurance, they will receive an email with your name, address, and email address where they can send you a certificate of insurance with you as the named insured prior to the rental. Make sure you have this certificate prior to exchanging the gear so it’s fully covered.

We are working with other 3rd party insurance companies to streamline this in the future. If renter’s use our Annual or Short-term policies, then certificates are automated and you will receive one as soon as you confirm a rental.
