  • Upload high quality and accurate photos of your gear.
  • Respond promptly to renters inquiries and requests.
  • During the 24-hour period following the renter’s equipment rental pickup, we recommend that owners be available in order to try to resolve issues with the rental.
  • Be on time for the exchange at pick up and return.
  • Always keep your equipment clean, in good working order and ready for use.
  • Verify the renter’s ID at the start of the rental.
  • Leave feedback and a rating after every rental to help build a member’s reputation.
