How do I pay for a rental or purchase?

Welcome to ShareGrid, where renting or buying equipment is a breeze! We're thrilled you've chosen us for your rental and sales needs. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free payment process, we've made it easy to use various payment options. Let's get you started:

For Rentals:

Placing a rental item in your shopping cart is the first step. Once you've selected the coverage option you need, you'll be prompted to add a payment method before submitting your rental request. Rest assured, your card details will be securely stored by our payment processor Stipe, making future rentals a snap. Need to add or update your payment card? No worries! You can do this anytime under your Settings / Payments tab.

A friendly reminder: We accept most US-based credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. So, feel free to choose the one that suits you best!

For Sales:

When you find a listing, you'd like to buy, making an offer or purchasing is a breeze. On the listing's transaction page, you can submit an offer to the Seller by clicking the "Make Offer" button. Alternatively, if you want to go ahead with the total listing price, click the "Buy It Now" button. Once you've finished either process, the Seller will be notified to let you know to respond to your offers. Adding or updating your payment card is simple too. You can visit your Settings / Payments tab anytime you want.

Here's something extra for your convenience: Alongside credit and debit cards for sales, we're pleased to offer bank transfer payments (ACH payments) as an alternative payment option for sales. It's another secure and straightforward way to make your purchase.

A quick heads-up: While we strive to accept all forms of payment, please note that we currently don't accept payment cards based outside the US or prepaid payment cards. However, we're continuously working to expand our options and appreciate your understanding.
