Linking your bank account to ShareGrid for payments is straightforward and secure, thanks to our integration with Stripe. Follow these steps to set up your bank transfer quickly:
1. Choose Bank Transfer Payment During Payment:
Select "New Bank Transfer" to use ACH for payments.
2. Shipping and Billing Address:
Enter your shipping and billing address and click "connect bank account" to continue. Note that for verification & security reasons, we only ship to the billing address.
3. Select Your Bank:
You will see a list of banks. Choose your banking institution from this list.
4. Secure Login:
Log in using your online banking credentials. This process is secure and necessary to establish the connection between your bank and Stripe.
5. Instant Verification:
Unlike traditional methods that require micro-deposits for verification, Stripe links your bank account instantly, so you can proceed without delay.
6. Privacy and Security:
Stripe adheres to high-security standards to protect your information, and ShareGrid does not store your banking login details.
Note on ACH Payments:
Please be aware that if you opt to make payments via ACH, the processing may take up to 5 business days for the payment to be fully secured and verified, ensuring that it will not fail. Unfortunately, neither ShareGrid nor Stripe can expedite bank transfer processing. However, this payment method is cost-effective for larger transactions due to lower processing fees.
